Job summary

Metabolic.Health is seeking a Patient Coordinator and Sales Specialist in Knightsbridge to be the first point of contact for patients, guiding them through enrolment and their care journey. You will balance patient coordination with proactive sales to promote programmes, appointments, and comprehensive service delivery.

You will liaise with clinical teams, manage schedules in the EMR, and ensure accurate records and compliant data handling under UK GDPR.

Qualifications

• Two years in a UK patient coordinator/healthcare admin role.
• Sales or client relationship management experience in private healthcare.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries and convert to enrolments.
• Coordinate patient intake and care programmes with clinical teams.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow in the EMR/CRM.
• Prepare clear financial guidance and payment options for patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure data protection compliance.
• Support billing enquiries and liaise with finance on invoices.
• Build long-term patient relationships to drive retention and satisfaction.
