Job summary

A local healthcare provider in Norwich is seeking a Participation & Co-production Administrator to support their Patient Experience team. This role involves providing high-quality administrative support, managing staff files, coordinating agendas, and supporting participation activities. Ideal candidates will have NVQ 3 in Business Administration or equivalent, strong ICT skills, and the ability to prioritize work effectively. The position offers a salary between £24,937 to £26,598 gross annually, as well as opportunities for personal and professional development.

Qualifications

  • Understanding and experience in a full range of secretarial procedures at an intermediate level.
  • Ability to work on my own initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Previous experience of undertaking appraisals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the Patient Experience team.
  • Manage staff files and maintain the Participation Register.
  • Coordinate agendas, minutes, and support budgetary processes.

Skills

Ability to co‑ordinate and prioritise management diaries
ICT skills including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Managing shared inboxes

Education

NVQ 3 Business Administration or equivalent experience
