Job summary

Responsibilities

• Diary management: scheduling appointments and rescheduling as needed.
• Assist patients with queries via phone, messages and emails.
• Handle check-in and check-out to ensure a comfortable visit.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and patient care.
• Cover absence and assist at other locations when required; travel/accommodation expenses may be covered.
• Ensure clinic stock and ordering processes are kept up to date.
• Adhere to PPE policies, GDPR, and clinic procedures.
