Qualifikationen

• Experience with reception duties and patient-facing roles desirable.

• Serve as first point of contact for patients in person, by phone, email and online requests.
• Manage appointment bookings and support the practice appointment system.
• Process prescriptions, referrals and follow-up actions promptly.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with general admin tasks.
• Signpost patients to appropriate services and liaise with teams.
