The Old School Surgery is seeking a part-time Patient Coordinator to support patient calls, emails and in-person enquiries, book appointments and maintain accurate records. You will link patients with clinicians, assist with check-in and help patients navigate digital systems, contributing to a smooth, patient-centred service.

Training will be provided on SystmOne and Rapid Health. The role requires customer service experience and an NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care, with GCSEs in English

Qualificações

• Customer service experience required.
• NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care.
• GCSEs in English and Maths (A-C).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate patient appointments, including scheduling and follow-up.
• Respond to patient enquiries by phone, email, digital access systems and in person.
• Greet patients and assist with check-in procedures.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in electronic systems.
• Direct patients to the most appropriate clinician or service.
• Support administrative processes such as clinical correspondence and documentation.
