Job summary

Ince Surgery is seeking a dedicated Care Navigator to join our GP practice. You will be the first point of contact for arranging patient clinics, liaising with clinical and admin staff, and handling general office tasks while delivering a compassionate, high-quality service to patients and families.

You will manage telephone and in-person inquiries, book appointments, and assist patients in navigating services both within the practice and the wider community.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with patients and staff.
• Strong organisational skills to manage clinics and inquiries.
• Calm, compassionate and professional in a busy GP environment.
• Experience booking appointments and coordinating patient flow.

Responsibilities

• Handle telephone, face-to-face and electronic enquiries.
• Book and coordinate patient appointments with clinical teams.
• Provide information from the clinical team to patients and signpost services.
• Carry out general office duties (filing, coding, referring patients).
• Offer a warm welcome and maintain high-quality contact with patients.
