Job summary

Omnes Healthcare in Greenwich is seeking a Patient Health Care Navigator to join our GP surgery team. You will provide a high-quality administrative service, handling inbound and outbound patient calls and serving as the first point of contact for patients and visitors.

This role supports the clinical and management teams to deliver NHS Primary Medical Services, requiring autonomy, confidentiality, empathy and tact to ensure compassionate, efficient patient care and a positive experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in clerical and administrative work.
• Clear thinking with an analytical approach.
• Able to work as part of a team and promote a positive team spirit.
• Sensitive and assertive as appropriate in interactions.
• Experience in a client-facing or customer service role.
• Motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities
