Job summary

• 6–12 months' experience in a patient-facing role.
• Proficiency in EMIS Web is essential.
• Strong communication and accuracy in patient records.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet patients and visitors in a professional manner.
• Respond to enquiries in person, by phone and email; signpost to services.
• Assist with appointments, registrations and general practice services.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate records; process referrals.
