Old Swan Health Centre Group Practice is seeking a part-time Care Navigator/Receptionist to join our busy team, 20 hours per week. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling calls, appointments and general inquiries with excellent telephone manners.

Training will be provided; previous GP or office experience is beneficial. The role requires strong IT, communication and customer service skills and a passion for delivering patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in GP practice or office environment preferred, with strong IT, communication and customer service skills.
• GCSEs or equivalent required; training will be provided if needed.
• Familiarity with EMIS Web is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Answer high volume calls and direct patients to the appropriate team or service.
• Schedule appointments and manage front desk duties efficiently.
• Take clear notes and document interactions in the system.
• Triage calls and signpost to suitable healthcare professionals.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow data protection guidelines.
