Vista Health is seeking a Patient Care Advisor to support patients through their healthcare journey, from referral to appointment booking, working with patients, solicitors, medico-legal clients, clinicians and internal teams. Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, patient-facing, or contact centre environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Excellent attention to detail and good administrative abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone and email enquiries from patients, solicitors, and medico-legal clients.
• Convert referrals and enquiries into booked appointments.
• Provide accurate information on services, pricing, and availability.
• Book appointments in line with service and utilisation best practice.
• Deliver high-standard customer service across all interactions.
• Maintain patient and client records across internal systems.
• Ensure GDPR and information governance compliance.
• Identify patient needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Handle challenging conversations professionally and empathetically.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve SLAs and support improvements.
