The Abingdon Surgery is seeking a proactive Receptionist to join its Customer Services Team in Abingdon. You will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, greeting them professionally and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff while maintaining confidentiality and high standards of patient care.

Key duties include handling face-to-face and telephone enquiries, checking patients in/out, booking appointments, managing repeat prescriptions, and supporting clinic operations

Formación

• Experience in customer service or reception required.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
