Job summary

Optical Express in Wolverhampton and Dudley is seeking a Patient Advisor to welcome patients and guide them through consultations with warmth and professionalism.

You will build strong relationships, assist in eye health checks, manage questionnaires and scheduling, and explain financing options while maintaining accurate patient records. Weekend work is required; a friendly, proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills are essential.
• Clear and articulate communication with a diverse range of people is required.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours will be valued.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with patients and maintain regular communication before and after treatment.
• Assist in patient consultations.
• Scan patients' eyes using state-of-the-art equipment as part of a full health check.
• Assist patients to complete health questionnaires.
• Introduce patients to their optometrist and schedule treatment dates.
• Discuss financing options with patients.
• Accurately maintain patient records.

It's our Patient Advisor's role to make our patients feel like a superstar from the moment they enter our clinics. Our Patient Advisors are often the first person our patient interacts with. Every day will bring something new, but your day to day role will involve:

• Building relationships with patients and ensuring regular communication prior to and following their treatment
