Job summary

Optical Express is seeking a Patient Advisor to join our team in the United Kingdom. You will be the first point of contact for patients, providing world-class customer service and guiding them through consultations and treatments.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with patients and ensure regular communication prior to and following their treatment.
• Assist in patient consultations.
• Scan patients' eyes using state of the art equipment as part of a full health check.
• Assist patients to complete health questionnaires.
• Introduce patients to their optometrist.
• Schedule treatment date.
• Discuss finance options.
• Accurately maintaining patient records.

Salary: £28,000

Location: Unit 345, Level 2 Lakeside Shopping Centre Thurrock RM20 2ZP United Kingdom

It’s our Patient Advisor’s role to make our patients feel like a superstar from the moment they enter our clinics. Our Patient Advisors are often the first person our patient interacts with. Every day will bring something new, but your day to day role will involve:
