Job summary

Optical Express in Leamington Spa is seeking a Patient Advisor to greet patients, build relationships and guide them through consultations. You will help with health questionnaires, scheduling, and introducing patients to their optometrist, while ensuring high standards of customer service.

Occasional cover at Coventry Clinic with travel supported by the business; you will help patients navigate finance options and maintain accurate records, contributing to a welcoming and efficient clinic

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with patients and maintain regular communication before and after treatment.
• Assist in patient consultations.
• Assist patients to complete health questionnaires and undergo eye scans with state-of-the-art equipment.
• Introduce patients to their optometrist and schedule treatment dates.
• Discuss and facilitate finance options for patients.
• Accurately maintain patient records and documentation.
• Occasional cover at Coventry Clinic with travel covered by the business.

It’s our Patient Advisor’s role to make our patients feel like a superstar from the moment they enter our clinics. Our Patient Advisors are often the first person our patient interacts with.

Every day will bring something new, but your day to day role will involve:

• Building relationships with patients and ensuring regular communication prior to and following their treatment
• Assisting in patient consultations
• Scanning patients eyes using state of the art equipment as part of a full health check
• Assisting patients to complete health questionnaires
• Introducing patients to their optometrist
• Scheduling treatment date
• Discussing finance options
• Accurately maintaining patient recordsRole involves occasional cover at Coventry Clinic ( travel covered by the business)
