As a Patient Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in making patients feel like a superstar from the moment they enter our clinics. You will build relationships, assist in consultations and help coordinate treatment dates while maintaining accurate patient records.

• Assisting in patient consultations
• Scanning patients eyes using state of the art equipment as part of a full health check
• Assisting patients to complete health questionnaires
• Introducing patients to their optometrist
• Scheduling treatment dates
• Discussing finance options
• Accurately maintaining patient records

Every day will bring something new, but your day to day role will involve:
