Job summary

Circle Health Group's Chelsfield Park Hospital in Kent is seeking a Bank Patient Administrator to join the Administration team. This is an 'as and when required' role, with shifts including evenings and weekends, supporting the patient journey and administrative processes.

You will manage mail, bookings, and queries while following best practice process maps and Health and Safety guidelines. Previous private healthcare admin experience is beneficial; GCSEs in Maths and English are required.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English (A-C) or equivalent
• Proficient in PC and software/systems
• Experience in private healthcare administration beneficial

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the smooth running of the patient administrative process throughout the patient journey.
• Ensure Circle Health Group best practice process maps are followed to provide a standard service to patients, visitors, consultants and staff.
• Deal with patient queries efficiently and professionally.
• Manage all incoming and outgoing mail.
• Approve electronic bookings and update bookings received via email.
• Maintain knowledge of Health and Safety at Work Act and ensure appropriate measures are taken for all stakeholders.
