Qualifications

• Maths and English GCSEs at grades A-C or equivalent.
• Proficient in the use of a PC and relevant software/systems.
• Basic financial awareness.
• Previous administration experience in a private healthcare environment would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the smooth patient administration throughout the journey.
• Follow Circle Health Group best practice process maps for a standard service.
• Deal with patient queries efficiently and professionally.
• Manage all incoming and outgoing mail.
• Approve electronic bookings and update bookings received via email.
• Maintain knowledge of Health and Safety at Work Act and comply with mandatory training.
