Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust in West Bromwich is seeking a proactive Scheduled Care Team Leader to oversee the Patient Access department. The role is NHS AfC Band 4, permanent, and offers a 37.5 hour week with a mix of full-time and flexible working arrangements.

You will lead a team across outpatient bookings, rapid access, imaging, and the contact centre, ensuring efficient patient flow and adherence to RTT/2WW targets.
