Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an enthusiastic Outpatient Booking and Slot Utilisation Coordinator to maximise clinic utilisation and monitor capacity on behalf of the Access Team Leader. You will manage scheduling mailboxes and ensure bookings align with local and national targets, working within the Access Team and Call Centre environment.

You will support training, IPDRs, and daily workload planning, using Careflow and e-RS to maintain accurate schedules and communicate plans

Qualificações

• Excellent organisation and workload management skills.
• Good communication and telephone manner.
• Ability to use Careflow, e-RS and Directory of Services to update and maintain information.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor scheduling mailboxes and process requests in a timely manner
• Maximise clinic utilisation and monitor capacity and demand with the Access Team Leader
• Support the Elective Access Team Leader and colleagues in a centralised booking service for outpatient clinics
• Co-ordinate workload for the wider team and deputise for the Elective Access Team Leader as required
• Provide divisional support in transformation huddles and work streams
• Communicate work plan to Access Administrators and ensure daily plan is delivered
