This award-winning hotel is seeking an experienced and talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team.

Role & Responsibilities

The busy kitchen team is looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to lead in producing a range of delicate desserts, puddings, and sweet creations for various hotel needs. Responsibilities include creating desserts for large-scale conferences, events, the restaurant, afternoon teas, and more, providing a great opportunity to develop your pastry career.

Requirements
  • NVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent
  • Strong leadership, motivation, and teamwork skills
  • Planning and time management abilities
  • Flexible attitude
  • Experience in relevant disciplines
  • NVQ Level 3 (advantageous)
  • Hygiene certificate
  • Experience with fresh produce
  • Must be working or residing in the UK with valid right to work
