Job description

This award-winning hotel is seeking an experienced and talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team.

Located in a magnificent setting with beautiful views, the hotel offers a great culture, staff welfare and wellbeing focus, and live-in accommodation.

The busy kitchen team requires a Pastry Chef de Partie to lead the production of indulgent desserts, puddings, and sweet creations for the entire hotel. Responsibilities include preparing desserts for conferences, events, restaurant mini-desserts, afternoon tea pastries, both classic and contemporary.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career in pastry.

Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent
  • Strong leadership, motivation, and teamwork skills
  • Planning and time management abilities
  • Flexible attitude
  • Experience in relevant disciplines
  • NVQ Level 3 (advantageous)
