We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join our team at a coastal hotel. This role offers the opportunity to support high food standards in a fine dining à la carte restaurant, along with a busy events operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation across all outlets.
