Whitehall Garden Centre Ltd in Lacock near Chippenham is seeking a dedicated Patisserie Chef to join its inspirational team. You will bake high quality pastries, cakes and desserts and decorate to a high standard, thriving in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in bakery/kitchen environment.
• Ability to bake and decorate high-quality pastries, cakes and desserts.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Organise and run pastry section within the kitchen.
• Create high-quality pastries, desserts and cakes with decoration.
• Train junior staff and manage stock to minimise waste.
• Ensure hygiene, health & safety standards are met at all times.
