You will work with laminated pastries, desserts, and collaborate across departments, with early starts from 6am, 6-day weeks, and flexibility to adapt hours as production needs.

Qualifications

• Certified or professionally qualified Pastry Chef.
• Strong ability to follow recipes, processes and techniques.
• Experience with laminated pastries preferred; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Produce pastries, desserts and other patisserie products to a high standard.
• Maintain excellent standards of presentation, consistency and quality.
• Support product development and help create new products across departments.
