Job summary

Paris Baguette in London is seeking Pastry Team Members to master the confectionery execution of all cakes, pastries and desserts, with a passion for decorating to bring a smile to our guests.

You will join a busy, collaborative team, maintain clean stations, learn new products and techniques, and ensure cake displays are presentable for internal and external guests.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and sanitation practices.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced bakery environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with cake decorating and pastry production preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scale, decorate and produce all desserts, pastries and cakes.
• Maintain clean and organized work stations and equipment.
• Learn new products and techniques and mentor new pastry team members.
• Ensure cake displays are presentable for guests.
• Receive, store and stock ingredients as needed.
• Assist with general production and adherence to recipes and procedures.
