Pastoral Tutor

Location: Wakefield College. Salary: £35,071 to £37,201 pro rata; actual salary £21,042 to £22,320.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver a quality GOALS (tutorial) programme.
  • Deliver employability and personal/social development programmes.
  • Actively contribute to learners’ individual learning plans to ensure they reach their highest potential.

  • Degree in Education or related discipline, and/or industry experience.
  • GCSE in Maths and English A C / 9‑4 or equivalent.
  • Experience working in the teaching and learning or support sector.
  • A PGCE or recognised full teaching qualification is desirable but not essential.
