Ipswich Audi part of Marriott Motor Group is seeking a motivated Parts Supervisor to lead the busy Parts department in Ipswich. You will coach, develop and manage staff, control stock and drive sales while delivering excellent service.

The role requires strong leadership, keen numeracy, and experience with dealer systems. A proactive, customer-first mindset is essential for success in this dynamic environment.

• Working with customers, interpreting their requirements and giving advice on any additional parts and services they might need.
• Ensuring that there is good communication between staff and customers, both internal and external.
• Creating and adhering to a trade marketing structure to promote your branch activity.

About the role

We're recruiting for a motivated and organised Parts Supervisor at Ipswich Audi

You will be an energetic team player who keep our busy Parts departments running smoothly and efficiently. You'll be supervising, coaching and developing a team of staff while managing stock and exceeding sales targets for your branch. In this busy and dynamic environment, you'll also be able to deliver great service, ensuring that everyone in your department puts the customer first. This position would suit a person who relishes challenges and would enjoy working in an exciting, goal-driven role.

Responsibilities

Ideally you will be experienced in either a similar role aspiring to join the Group or in a senior parts role looking for your first step into management.

Whether you are from a large set up or small dealer, volume or prestige we will be interested in hearing from you. We are looking for a Parts Supervisor with excellent customer service skills and someone who has a good history of up sells. Motor trade experience is essential.
