Guildford Audi is seeking a Parts Supervisor to join our friendly, professional team. You will ensure that all customers at retail and workshop areas are served quickly and orders are processed on the same day, contributing to the smooth running of the parts department.

You will log stock discrepancies, assist the Aftersales Manager with daily duties, and maintain accurate administration. The role requires excellent communication, teamwork, and the ability to work independently to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within automotive retail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently; customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Aftersales Manager with daily duties.
• Completing Vehicle health checks for workshop.
• Ensuring all items are correctly located and stock control.
• Receiving orders & ensuring returns are up to date.
• Answering call from customers.
