Marshall Audi Newbury is recruiting a proactive Parts Advisor to support seamless workshop operations within a trusted automotive group. You will handle incoming parts, maintain stock records, and respond to enquiries from workshop and customers, ensuring timely parts distribution to technicians.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within a franchised dealership.
• Comfortable following established processes and working independently or as part of a team.
• Motivated, organised and prioritises Health & Safety in the workplace.
• Tech-savvy and confident using iPad or similar software for inventory management.
• Delivers a positive experience for every customer and colleague, every time.

Parts Advisor

At Marshall Audi Newbury,we're offering an exciting opportunity for a proactive and well-organised Parts Advisor to join our aftersales team and support seamless workshop operations.

In this role:

• You'll receive, unload and accurately record all incoming parts and stock deliveries.
• You'll store and organise parts, maintaining clear, up-to-date inventory records in our internal systems.
• You'll respond to internal workshop and external customer enquiries in person, by phone and via email, delivering a quick and expert service.
• You'll pick and distribute parts for technicians, working closely with service advisors and the sales team to keep every job on schedule.

We're looking for:

• Someone with previous experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within a franchised dealership.
