Job summary

Guildford Audi is seeking a Parts Supervisor to lead the parts department and support the Aftersales Team in Guildford. The role focuses on fast, accurate order processing and stock control, while delivering excellent customer care to retail and workshop customers.

You will work 8:00–17:30 Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings; day-to-day tasks include assisting the Aftersales Manager, completing vehicle health checks, and maintaining stock accuracy, using company computer systems.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar Parts Supervisor role is required.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Able to work as part of a team and independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Aftersales Manager with daily duties.
• Completing Vehicle health checks for workshop.
• Ensuring all items are correctly located and stock control.
• Receiving orders & ensuring returns are up to date.
• Answering calls from customers.
• Providing excellent customer care.
