Marshall Audi Newbury is recruiting a proactive Parts Advisor to support seamless workshop operations within a trusted automotive group. You will handle incoming parts, maintain stock records, and respond to enquiries from workshop and customers, ensuring timely parts distribution to technicians.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within a franchised dealership.
• Comfortable following established processes and working independently or as part of a team.
• Motivated, organised and prioritises Health & Safety in the workplace.
• Tech-savvy and confident using iPad or similar software for inventory management.
• Delivers a positive experience for every customer and colleague, every time.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload and accurately record all incoming parts and stock deliveries.
• Store and organise parts, maintaining up-to-date inventory records in internal systems.
• Respond to workshop and customer enquiries in person, by phone and via email with quick, expert service.
• Pick and distribute parts for technicians, coordinating with service advisors and the sales team to keep jobs on schedule.
