Job summary

Platinum Motor Group in Trowbridge is seeking a Parts Supervisor to lead our busy parts department. You will manage inventory, assist customers in identifying and ordering parts, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has automotive parts experience, is numerate, and proficient with Excel and computer applications. You will maintain stock accuracy, handle warranties, and promote a high level of customer service in a friendly team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an automotive parts department is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
