Job summary

Internetwork Expert in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Warehouse Administrator to support order prep, sales and customer service, and stock control for workshop, departments, and trade/retail clients. Responsibilities include pre-picking workshop parts, handling calls and walk-ins, replenishing consumables, processing warranty claims and accurate admin such as records and invoicing.

Proficiency in Word/Excel is expected, with warehouse experience and forklift license considered

Qualifications

• Basic level in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experienced in warehouse operations (preferred).
• Forklift license highly desirable.
• Mechanically inclined with familiarity in operating AWP/EWP equipment is an advantage.
• Professional phone etiquette and effective email management.

Responsibilities

• Order Prep: Pre-pick workshop parts, pick customer orders and check stock.
• Sales & Customer Service: Handle inbound/outbound calls and walk-ins; build relationships via product knowledge.
• Stock Control: Replenish consumables/service parts for quick service to workshop and clients.
• Process warranty claims (parts-related) and admin: maintain customer records and invoicing.
