Job summary

Internetwork Expert in West Bromwich is seeking a proactive Warehouse Assistant to support order preparation, customer service, and stock control for workshop and trade clients.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and email inquiries while building strong product knowledge and reliable relationships. A forklift license and basic Word/Excel skills are desirable.

Attention to detail and teamwork are essential to maintain smooth operations and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Basic level in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience in warehouse operations preferred.
• Forklift license is highly desirable.
• Mechanically inclined, with familiarity in operating AWP/EWP equipment considered an advantage.
• Demonstrates professional phone etiquette and effectively manages email inquiries.
• Detail-oriented, diligent, positive, a strong team player, and highly reliable.
