Job summary

DINGLI in the United Kingdom is seeking a hands-on Warehouse/Shopfloor Assistant to support order prep, stock control and customer service. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, liaise with workshop and trade clients, and maintain accurate admin records.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, basic Word/Excel, and willingness to operate equipment such as forklifts. Experience in warehouse operations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic level in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experienced in warehouse operations (preferred).
• Possession of a forklift license is highly desirable.
• Mechanically inclined, with familiarity in operating AWP/EWP equipment considered an advantage.
• Demonstrates professional phone etiquette and effectively manages email inquiries.
