Job summary

Responsibilities

• Order Preparation: Pre-pick parts, fulfil customer orders, and verify stock availability for each enquiry. Support spare-part document collation and reconciliation, assist with packing as well as goods-in and goods-out workflows, and perform weekly and monthly inventory counts.
• Sales & Customer Service: Manage inbound and outbound calls together with walk-in customer enquiries. Nurture positive customer relationships through sound product expertise and professional first-line impressions.
• Inventory Management & Stock Control: Monitor stock levels on a daily basis, elevate stock shortages to headquarters in a timely manner, and coordinate proactive replenishment activities. Carry out routine cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock records.
• General Duties: Prioritise and co-ordinate day-to-day operational tasks, and provide cross-colleague support as required. Champion a robust safety culture, ensure full regulatory compliance, and keep the work area clean, organised and hazard-free.
