Network Auto in Magherafelt is seeking a Parts Sales Advisor to join our busy branch. You will advise customers on vehicle parts, take orders in person, by phone or email, and build lasting relationships with local customers.

You will check stock, order parts from suppliers, pick and pack orders, raise invoices, and promote offers. Occasional van driving and a practical knowledge of automotive parts are essential.

Qualificações

• Must have experience and technical knowledge within a motor factors sales or automotive parts environment.
• Be commercially aware of industry standards.
• Have excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer focus to build upon our customer base.
• Ability to plan workload and use own initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Advising customers what parts they might need for their vehicle.
• Taking orders in person, over the phone or by email.
• Building long-term relationships with local customers.
• Becoming an essential, trusted part of your customers business.
• Checking availability of parts on computerised stock records.
• Ordering of parts from suppliers.
• Picking parts from warehouse
• Putting orders together
• Sending orders by courier
• Dealing with payments
• Raising invoices and issuing receipts
• Ordering supplies, putting stock away and updating stock levels
• Actively promoting offers and discounts
• Limiting credits and returns by sending the rights parts, first time
• Relief / occasional van driving duties as and when required
