Brook Street Recruitment is supporting a well-established Mallusk client in recruiting an experienced Parts Sales Advisor. You will be the first point of contact for customers, supplying correct parts and delivering knowledgeable service in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Role involves handling retail/trade/workshop inquiries, processing orders, using MAM Software Autopart/Trader, and building lasting customer relationships. Competitive salary and progression opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Experience as Parts Advisor or similar automotive parts role.
• Experience using MAM Software Autopart/Trader.
• Strong knowledge of automotive or commercial vehicle parts and components.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment; customer-focused attitude.
• Full UK driving licence advantageous but not essential.

The Role

As a Parts Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting retail, trade, and workshop customers by identifying and supplying the correct vehicle parts efficiently and accurately. You will be the first point of contact for many customers, both face-to-face and over the telephone, ensuring a professional and knowledgeable service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience as a

Parts Advisor, Parts Sales Advisor, or similar automotive parts role.

• Experience using

MAM Software such as Autopart, Trader, or equivalent systems.

• Strong knowledge of automotive or commercial vehicle parts and components.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.i>
• A highly organised approach with strong attention to detail.
• The ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A full UK driving licence would be advantageous but is not essential.
