Job summary

You should have a strong background in vehicle parts, excellent communication, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. A full UK driving licence is advantageous but not essential, with opportunities for career progression within a growing dealership.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, Parts Sales Advisor, or similar automotive parts role.
• Experience using MAM Software such as Autopart, Trader, or equivalent systems.
• Strong knowledge of automotive or commercial vehicle parts and components.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment.

• Process orders, check stock availability, and manage inventory using MAM Software.
• Provide technical advice and product knowledge to customers and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate sales, order, and inventory records.

• Assist with stock control, goods inward/outward processes, and merchandising of parts displays.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

The Role

As a Parts Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting retail, trade, and workshop customers by identifying and supplying the correct vehicle parts efficiently and accurately. You will be the first point of contact for many customers, both face-to-face and over the telephone, ensuring a professional and knowledgeable service at all times.

Key Responsibilities
