Perfect Placement UK Ltd. is recruiting a Parts Advisor in Maidstone for a well-established main dealer parts operation. The role offers a competitive base salary with a £4,000 bonus (OTE £36,000) and a structured, supportive work environment within a large group.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:15 PM, with occasional longer Saturdays and a 22-day holiday entitlement plus 8 bank holidays. The position emphasizes excellent customer service, CRM usage, and growth opportunities.

• Competitive basic salary of £32,000 plus a bonus of £4,000 (OTE £36,000)

Duties of the Parts Advisor

• Responding to inbound customer inquiries with expert advice on automotive parts and accessories
• Conducting outbound sales calls to generate new business and strengthen relationships
• Processing customer orders promptly and accurately ensuring timely delivery
• Maintaining updated product knowledge and industry trends
• Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets
• Handling customer issues professionally and resolving inquiries efficiently

Requirements of the Parts Advisor
