Job summary

This role is ideal for someone with a strong parts background who enjoys delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced commercial vehicle dealership.

You will identify and supply vehicle parts for retail, trade, and workshop customers, process orders, and maintain stock records.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or similar automotive parts role.
• Experience using MAM Software such as Autopart, Trader, or equivalent systems.
• Strong knowledge of automotive or commercial vehicle parts and components.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
• Full UK driving licence advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Process orders, check stock availability, and manage inventory using MAM Software.
• Provide technical advice and product knowledge to customers and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate sales, order, and inventory records.

• Assist with stock control, goods inward/outward processes, and merchandising of parts displays.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

The Role

As a Parts Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting retail, trade, and workshop customers by identifying and supplying the correct vehicle parts efficiently and accurately. You will be the first point of contact for many customers, both face-to-face and over the telephone, ensuring a professional and knowledgeable service at all times.
