You will be the trusted contact for customers to ensure parts are delivered on time and to the right place, building strong global relationships with a supportive team. The role involves handling spare parts enquiries, orders, quotations, pricing coordination with sales, and maintaining data accuracy with internal teams and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service, order processing, sales support or parts coordination.
• Experience handling customer quotations and orders.
• Strong organisational skills and a real eye for detail.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office; SAP experience an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Managing spare parts enquiries, quotations, orders and deliveries from start to finish.
• Keeping customers regularly updated on order status and delivery schedules.
• Working with sales colleagues on pricing, quotations and commercial terms.
• Coordinating with internal departments and suppliers so that orders are fulfilled accurately.
• Maintaining customer master data and handling instructions with care.
• Helping to resolve order discrepancies in a calm, professional way.
