Working Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday to Thursday / 8am - 1pm Friday

About the Role
An established UK-based engineering and manufacturing business is seeking a highly motivated and organised Parts Coordinator to join its fast-paced aftermarket team.
This role is ideal for an experienced parts, customer service, or aftermarket professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys building strong customer relationships. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting customers, processing orders, managing parts enquiries, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
- Act as a primary point of contact for designated customers and distributors.
- Process customer orders, returns, and daily enquiries accurately and efficiently.
- Manage aftermarket parts contracts, maintaining pricing structures, discounts, and associated records.
- Coordinate order processing through the company’s ERP/business systems.
- Liaise with production and manufacturing teams to determine lead times and manage overdue orders.
- Produce and maintain reports covering outstanding orders, overdue parts, sales activity, and customer requirements.
- Provide technical and commercial guidance on parts identification and availability.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve departmental sales and performance targets.
- Support the purchasing and procurement teams with sourcing requirements where necessary.
- Promote additional sales opportunities across the existing product portfolio.
- Complete general administrative duties including filing, spreadsheet management, and report creation.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as required by management.

Training
Comprehensive training will be provided on company products, systems, and processes. Candidates should already possess a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Experience & Qualifications
Essential:
- Experience in parts sales, aftermarket support, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Desirable:
- Experience within engineering, manufacturing, or related sectors.
