Job summary

Rubicon Recruitment Agency is representing an engineering business recruiting a Parts Co-ordinator to join the Poole services team on a hybrid basis. You will be the trusted contact for customers, ensuring parts are delivered accurately and on time.

Responsibilities include managing spare parts enquiries, quotations, orders and deliveries, keeping customers updated on status and delivery schedules, and coordinating with sales, internal departments and suppliers.

Qualifications

• A background in customer service, order processing, sales support or parts coordination.
• Experience handling customer quotations and orders.
• Strong organisational skills and a real eye for detail.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with SAP experience an advantage.
• Experience in a spare parts, engineering, manufacturing, marine or industrial environment would be a bonus, as would a degree or 2 to 3 years in supply chain management.
