Rubicon Recruitment seeks an Aftersales Coordinator in Poole to be the technical and commercial expert for customers sourcing replacement pumps and spare parts worldwide; you will prepare quotes and negotiate terms to support the supply chain.

The role offers flexitime, a half-day Friday from home, 8% pension, private healthcare and 25 days holiday. Key tools include SAP/Jeeves/Intelliquip with strong MS Office skills.

Competenze

• At least 3 years in an administration/sales environment, ideally technical or B2B, with a service-minded approach.
• Degree, HNC or HND in engineering.
• Confident negotiating price, delivery times and commercial terms.
• Experience using SAP, Jeeves or Intelliquip; strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Proactive, accurate approach with a hunter mentality.

• Prepare commercial and technical quotations for replacement pumps and spare parts.
• Negotiate scope, pricing, discounts, payment terms and Incoterms.
• Follow up quotations to increase hit rate and spot opportunities to add parts.
• Provide frontline technical support to customers, agents and suppliers.

• Negotiating scope, pricing, discounts, payment terms and Incoterms independently
• Following up quotations proactively to increase the hit rate, spotting opportunities to add parts and field service
• Providing front line technical support to customers, agents and suppliers
• Reviewing contracts and orders against quotations, making sure the supply chain is clear on certification, packaging and non-standard terms

As an Aftersales Coordinator, your experience will include:
