Job summary

Rubicon Recruitment Agency is seeking an Aftersales Coordinator for our Poole area. The role focuses on preparing quotes and supporting customers with replacement pumps and spare parts for global agents and direct customers.

You will negotiate terms, monitor orders against quotations, and provide frontline technical support while ensuring supply chain clarity on certification and packaging. Hybrid working options included.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in an administration/sales environment
• Degree, HNC or HND in an engineering field
• Confident negotiating price, delivery times and terms
• Experience with SAP/Jeeves/Intelliquip is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Prepare commercial and technical quotations for replacement pumps and spare parts
• Negotiate scope, pricing, discounts and Incoterms
• Follow up quotations to increase hit rate and identify parts/service opportunities
• Provide front line technical support to customers, agents and suppliers
• Review contracts/orders to ensure certification, packaging and non-standard terms are clear
• Process quotes and orders in SAP and Jeeves, provide pricing data for monthly reporting

Aftersales Coordinator- Poole - up to £33,000 per annum

Up to £33,000 with flexitime and a half day Friday from home, this Aftersales Coordinatorrole in Poole offers proper balance.

As an Aftersales Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing commercial and technical quotations for replacement pumps and spare parts for agents and direct customers
• Negotiating scope, pricing, discounts, payment terms and Incoterms independently
• Following up quotations proactively to increase the hit rate, spotting opportunities to add parts and field service
• Providing front line technical support to customers, agents and suppliers
• Reviewing contracts and orders against quotations, making sure the supply chain is clear on certification, packaging and non-standard terms
• Processing quotes and orders in SAP and Jeeves, and supplying pricing and market data for monthly reporting

As an Aftersales Coordinator, your experience will include:

• At least 3 years in a administration/sales environment, ideally technical or B2B, with a service-minded approach
• An interest,Degree, HNC or HND in an engineering
• Confidence negotiating price, delivery times and commercial terms
• Experience using SAP, Jeeves or Intelliquip would be an advantage, alongside strong Microsoft Office skills
• A proactive, accurate approach with a genuine hunter mentality
