Job summary

Vertu Nissan Widnes is seeking an Apprentice Parts Advisor to join the Aftersales team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting face-to-face or by phone, while training to become a fully qualified Parts Advisor.

The role involves managing parts supply, stock control, and supporting the workshop. A GCSE pass in maths and English is required, with on-going development and a range of employee benefits.

Qualifications

• GCSEs 4-9 (A*-C) in Mathematics and English Language and a third subject.
• Enthusiastic and proactive individual with a willingness to learn.
• Interest in the motor industry and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of parts supply and distribution.
• Coach and motivate colleagues within the team.
• Oversee parts stock inventory and control.
• Support the Aftersales Manager and the workshop.

We are looking to recruit an Apprentice Parts Advisor to join the team at Vertu Nissan Widnes! We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual looking to start a career in the Motor Industry.

Training to become a full qualified 'Parts Advisor', you will be an integral member of the Aftersales team. You will be the first point of contact with many of our customers, either face to face or over the telephone.

The daily duties for a Parts Apprentice includes the following:

• Managing all aspects of parts supply, in and out.
• Helping coach and motivate others.
• Oversee the parts stock inventory.
• Drive supply through the onsite workshop.
• Proactively support the Aftersales Manager.
• Represent the company in a highly professional manner

It is essential that you hold Entry Qualifications GCSE grades 4 - 9 (or equivalent A*- C) in:

• Mathematics
• English Language
• One other
