Job summary

Vertu Nissan Widnes is seeking an Apprentice Parts Advisor to start a career in the motor industry. You will train to become a qualified Parts Advisor and be the first point of contact for customers face-to-face or by phone.

Your duties include managing parts in and out, overseeing inventory, and supporting the Aftersales Manager while driving parts through the onsite workshop. You will join a team that values personal development and professional growth.

Qualifications

• GCSE grades 4–9 (or equivalent A*–C) in Mathematics, English Language and one other subject.
• Training to become a fully qualified Parts Advisor as part of the Aftersales team.
• Face-to-face or telephone customer interactions are key to the role.

We are looking to recruit an Apprentice Parts Advisor to join the team at Vertu Nissan Widnes! We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual looking to start a career in the Motor Industry.

Training to become a full qualified 'Parts Advisor', you will be an integral member of the Aftersales team. You will be the first point of contact with many of our customers, either face to face or over the telephone.

The daily duties for a Parts Apprentice includes the following:

• Managing all aspects of parts supply, in and out.


• Helping coach and motivate others.


• Oversee the parts stock inventory.


• Drive supply through the onsite workshop.


• Proactively support the Aftersales Manager.


• Represent the company in a highly professional manner

It is essential that you hold Entry Qualifications GCSE grades 4 - 9 (or equivalent A*- C) in:

• Mathematics


• English Language
