Job summary

Vertu Mercedes Benz of Beaconsfield is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our team. You will handle trade parts enquiries and orders by phone and online, identify parts to meet customer needs, and promote promotions to meet targets.

The role is full-time (42.5 hours per week) Monday to Friday 8am-5:30pm with Saturdays overtime on a rota; a basic salary of £31,824 with bonus (OTE £34,224) and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Parts Advisor is preferred, or strong mechanical knowledge of cars.
• Daily duties include handling trade parts enquiries and orders by phone and online.
• Training and product bulletins help you stay up to date.

Responsibilities

• Deal with incoming trade parts enquiries and orders via telephone and online platforms.
• Accurately identify parts to meet customer sales requirements and utilise promotions to hit targets.
• Identify upsell opportunities to grow sales figures and maintain knowledge through courses and bulletins.

We are offering a basic salary of £31,824 plus bonus (OTE £34,224) company benefits and overtime opportunities. This is a full time permanent role across 42.5 hours per week, working Monday-Friday 8am-5:30pm with Saturdays paid as overtime on a rota.
We have a great team on site who are committed to providing a fantastic customer experience and are able to offer a professional service to trade customers. Your daily duties will include dealing with incoming trade parts enquires and orders via telephone and online platforms.
You will be able to accurately identify parts to meet the customer sales requirements, Utilising all product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets set, Identifying and maximising all upsell opportunities thereby growing overall sales figures, be able to maintain your own knowledge levels on new or updated parts through the completion of appropriate training courses and reading information from bulletins, catalogues, parts updates, special offers, recalls etc.
Ideally for this role you will have Parts Advisor experience from within the Motor industry or a great technical/mechanical knowledge of cars. You will need to be ambitious and have a determination to seek out new sales opportunities within our customer database and exceed parts sales objectives on a daily basis.
