Job summary

Vertu Land Rover Chesterfield is seeking an experienced Parts Supervisor to lead a busy Parts operation within our aftersales team. This full-time, permanent role offers a £31,095 basic salary and a commitment to training and development.

You will supervise daily operations, drive performance, manage stock levels, coach Parts Advisors, and ensure excellent service for retail, trade and internal customers, with Monday–Friday hours and no weekend work.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dealership Parts Department in a supervisory/management role.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong organisational and communication skills; commercially focused.

Responsibilities

• Supervising the daily operation of the Parts Department.
• Driving departmental performance and profitability.
• Managing stock levels, inventory control, and resource utilisation.
• Supporting and developing Parts Advisors through coaching and leadership.
